Order Cancellation on our part

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by you on the Website at our sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the our policy or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time.

Refund

For Refunds, please drop us a mail on care@vetoinc.com for the reverse pick up within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please mark subject line with RP/Invoice number. Please provide the Bank Account details, IFSC Code, Branch etc. in order to process the same. Refund will be processed once the complete product is received, and the case can be categorised under Fair Refund Case after the inspection.

Fair Refund Case

In order for a Refund to be applicable, the Product must adhere to the below parameters

All original packaging and packing items that were sent during delivery of the order must be returned in the same condition.

We reserve the right to refuse the returns if shoes are damaged, used beyond a reasonable trial period, or if any accompanying accessories are not returned in same condition.

Once validity of the Fair Refund Case is applicable, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

Exchange

For Exchange, please drop us a mail on care@vetoinc.com for the reverse pickup within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please mark subject line with EP/Invoice number. Exchange will be processed once the complete product is received, and the case can be categorised under Fair Exchange Case after the inspection.

Fair Exchange Case

In order for a Exchange to be applicable, the Product must adhere to the below parameters

All original packaging and packing items that were sent during delivery of the order must be returned in the same condition.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if shoes are damaged, used beyond a reasonable trial period, or if any accompanying accessories are not returned in same condition.

Once shoes are received, we will confirm applicability for exchange within 2 working days.

Exchanged items will be sent within 2 working days. Once confirmed, balance amount (if any) must be paid / received accordingly. Please provide the Bank Account details, IFSC Code, Branch etc. in order to process the same.
