Return, Exchange, Warranty

Return & Exchange Conditions:
  • After your Veto Shoes arrives If you are not sure, just try them on a clean surface at home.
  • From the day your package arrives, you can return or exchange them within next 30 days. Please keep them in the same condition. They need to be in the saleable condition.
  • While returning or exchanging please send the box, shoe bag(if part of it) and any other material given with the delivery of package.
  • If you are not sure for return or exchange just call us on +91 99003-10303 or send an email from your registered ID to care@vetoinc.com

Refund

  • Prepaid orders: We will take maximum 3 working days to refund the whole amount you paid. The amount can be transferred to the same account from which the purchase was made.
  • COD orders: If you had paid cash on the time of delivery, please send us following details on care@vetoinc.com or Whatsapp us on +91 99003 10303.

Exchange

  • If you want to exchange your pair, just inform us for the pick-up. Our email: care@vetoinc.com, call/Whatsapp +91 99003 10303
  • Place a new order and we will ship it the same day. Or you can wait for the first pair to arrive at us, get inspected for no damage and pay for the difference amount (or pay you the difference amount). 
  • Please keep the returning shoes in the same condition. They need to be in the saleable condition.
  • Free shipping for return and exchange only for India. 

Warranty

  • VETO Elevator Shoes comes with a 120 days warranty against any manufacturing defect for India only. The warranty includes stitching, material damage, gumming, insole, bottom sole or any type of damage due to the manufacturing or material defect.

  • Warranty is applicable for the usage of the shoes for normal day to day wearing and not for any athletic, trekking, water sport or any type of unconventional usage.
  • Shipping should be done by the customer.
